By Cole Abaius of FilmSchoolRejects was lucky enough to visit the set of Green Lantern and brought us back this awesome concept art! The first pictured is what appears to be an outdoor version of Memorial Hall, home to the fallen Lanterns. The second is an awesome aerial view of Oa, home to the Guardians and home base of the Green Lanterns. Both make incredible desktop wallpapers.
While Cole wasn’t able to expound upon most of his visit as of yet, he assured us all that it was awesome and they’ll have tons of information for us soon.
It’s taking all of my Green Lanternian willpower drumming up the patience to wait ‘til GL’s June 17th, 2011 release, but these pictures go a long way towards sating my hunger for all things Green Lantern.
And for those of you who don’t know, G’nort is the greatest Green Lantern ever.
