By Wow, I did NOT expect to be interested in a trailer for a movie called Friends with Kids. The plot seems like last year’s Friends with Benefits and The Other One That Was Also Friends with Benefits, except the main couple decides to have a kid instead of just being f**k buddies. That said, it’s also got Adam Scott and Chris O’Dowd, and the trailer actually looks pretty entertaining. I still can’t really stand Kristen Wiig, but at least she’s got more of a supporting role here. Also, it’s from writer/director Jennifer Westfeldt, the writer and star of Kissing Jessica Stein, which people keep telling me is a solid movie that I should see.
Friends with Kids comes out March 9th.
