Did I catch your attention yet? Last night, during one of the more entertaining Super Bowls in recent history, Marvel Studios premiered a new trailer for the hotly-anticipated The Avengers. The trailer isn’t too revealing of the plot beyond a few seconds of Loki implied to be in an antagonistic role, but the footage is mostly new. With an insane ensemble cast of Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey, Jr., Samuel L. Jackson, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, with appearances by Cobie Smulders, Tom Hiddleston, Clark Gregg, and Paul Bettany, The Avengers is shaping up to be THE summer blockbuster of 2012.
