By After a roaring smash through the box office, Godzilla did the Monster Mash all over every film this weekend earning over $93 million dollars, making it Warner Bros’ biggest May opening ever. If Matt’s review is anything to go by, it’s well deserved. Neighbors and Amazing Spider-Man 2 round out the top three with $25 and $16 millions respectively.
I gotta feel for Spider-Man though. It’s on track to becoming the worst performing film in the franchise. I hope Sony has its act together.
