By From the looks of things, Marvel’s Ant-Man is finally settling down after months and months of trouble. Whether or not you like the idea of multiple rewrites, late cast additions, or Edgar Wright leaving a project he helped get off the ground over creative differences, Ant-Man is definitely happening.
Here’s the official synopsis. Note that it’s the same as the one released before, but it’s being touted as new becaause “con man” has been changed to “master thief.” Whatever, let’s hope for the best, folks. Ant-Man releases July 17th next year.
Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, master thief Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.
