By In the realm of talking animal movies there’s pretty much one genre and that genre is children’s comedies. The Voices is not that. Yes, it has talking animals, but it’s also a dark comedy with slasher instincts. Plus, it has Ryan Reynolds and Anna Kendrick, which might just be the greatest combination of hot and charming ever put into a film. Oh, and the talking animals.
The movie has been getting plenty of hype as we roll into Sundance so it makes sense for them to be releasing the trailer. Sadly, EW is dumb and doesn’t allow easy embedding so you have to click on this link to watch the trailer. I know physical effort like this is tiresome, but it’s worth it.
