Unfriended looks like a made for TV movie, but is coming to theaters anyway

Losing out on a big chance to debut with a neat viral thing, here’s the first trailer for Unfriended. A horror film taking place on computer screens, it’s about a group of friends on a skype call as they’re haunted by the suicide of one of their schoolmates. It sounds neat, looks neat, but definitely seems like a TV movie. But people eat this stuff up, so it’s coming to theaters.

But hey, I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt since it’s introducing the computer screen horror thing to teenagers. Unfriended releases April 17th.
