Gross movies are a blast for me. I know not a lot of people agree, but there’s something about splurts of goo and guts whizzing past the screen that fills me with a childlike glee. Needless to say, I’m intrigued by the upcoming The Night of the Virgin.

The Spanish shocker centers around a twenty-year-old determined to lose his virginity at a New Year’s Eve party and is seduced by an older woman who takes him home. As we all know sex and horror don’t mix, so what looks like a murky river of fluids will then pour forth in a cathartic display of disgust.

There’s black eyes, straps, sex, screaming, and a cup of menstrual blood, so yeah, I’m down.

The Night of the Virgin will hit VOD on June 12th, 2018.
