By Some pretty cool casting news: Ben Mendelsohn is being eyed to play the villain in the new Captain Marvel movie. Directors Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck are in talks with the actor, who they worked with before in Mississippi Grind. I don’t see why he would say no except for a scheduling issue so this will probably happen.
That also means he’ll probably being play the Skrull leader. Kevin Feige has already hinted that they’ll be the big bad guys in Captain Marvel, so it looks like plenty of make up is in store for Mendelsohn.
