Apparently, online shop WeLoveFine had a contest for DIY Avengers designs in commemoration of the film’s release next month. Prizes ranged from a few thousand dollars to gift certificates. One common thing shared among the winners is the very popular and “in” minimalist style that’s causing quite the storm across the internet.
As a huge fan of Threadless and DIY, I’m all for contests like this. It doesn’t hurt that the shirts, which are in the gallery below, look pretty cool. If you plan on representing The Avengers for the film’s midnight release, rocking one of these shirts would be ideal… unless you go full out and cosplay as The Hulk. Everybody should cosplay as The Hulk.
