It’s been three weeks since I’ve done one of these posts, and boy do things change. When I last recapped the box office performances Non Stop was making 30 million, and Tyler Perry only had three other movies out. Now Tyler Perry’s down to one movie, Divergent (in first place with 56 million dollars and Muppets Most Wanted (at second with 16 million) are a thing, and The Grand Budapest Hotel made enough money to crack the top ten.
Fabulous. Let’s keep this going, movie theaters. Hit the jump for the box office performances for the Mar 2-24 weekend.
