By Rumors about who will play Guardians of the Galaxy‘s Rocket Raccoon have been piling up and now we’ve got one more for you. Latino Review is reporting that their sources say that Bradley “I speak French” Cooper has been offered the role. If it’s true that doesn’t mean he’ll actually be doing it since he has to accept and a deal has to be hammered out, but it is the first real solid casting in that role we’ve heard.
I’m a little disappointed the rumor about David Tennant isn’t true (if this one is), but Cooper is one fine actor and simply makes the already stellar cast all that more stellar. Plus, according to director James Gunn Rocket Raccoon is the heart of the film so you need someone who can get all soulful… with his deep blue eyes… and that body… and… sorry, where was I?
