By I don’t know what Frankie Goes Boom is about, but it sure has an awesome cast! Last week’s Some Like It Hot subject, Lizzy Caplan (127 Hours) is joined by Sons of Anarchy leads Ron Perlman and Charilie Hunnam and the endlessly funny, endlessly Irish Chris O’Dowd (The IT Crowd) in a comedy directed by a Jordan Roberts. Which Jordan Roberts is unknown, but Indie Wire suggests it’s probably the writer-director one who made the 2004 film Around the Bend.
I personally don’t care if the Jordan Roberts directing it comes from a cereal commercial background, it’s got Lizzy Caplan, Ron ‘War Never Changes’ Perlman, and Chris O’Dowd! Count me in.
