One of the biggest snubs of last year’s Oscars was the lack of a Best Soundtrack nomination for Daft Punk’s score for Tron: Legacy. Granted, it wouldn’t have won, considering they faced against the soundtracks for Inception and The Social Network, but they still deserved some recognition. Fear not, robot rockers, for they’ve gotten just that for this year’s Grammys.
Competing against Tron: Legacy for the Grammy for Best Score Soundtrack For Visual Media are Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II, The King’s Speech, Black Swan, and The Shrine. Do you think the men in the masks will be able to right the wrongs that the academy dealt them last winter?
