Fake trailer for Doug:The Movie brings the angst

It’s a basic fact of life that we all grow up sooner or later, and it’s only right that our cartoons grow up along with us.

Comedy Thunder has provided the world with its own trailer to what they think a Doug movie would be like, and let me tell you it’s filled with angst. It follows Doug’s return to Bluffington after he’s finished college, leaving him to mend old relationships and find stability in his life. It’s the kind of stuff that would make Zach Braff eat his hat for not thinking of the idea.

What’s next? Perhaps a Rugrats movie where Tommy Pickles manufactures crystal meth and Chuckie Finster is a closeted gay man who doesn’t know how to come out to his wife and kids?
