By The Fast and the Furious franchise is heading in a new, mysterious direction. With James Wan accomplishing what Fast & Furious 6 director Justin Lin couldn’t (as he wanted to title that film Furious 6), Fast and Furious 7 is now officially Furious 7. There’s lots of stuff at stake with this seventh entry. First of all it’s the seventh entry (so folks may have waning feelings toward the series), it’s officially sending off Paul Walker’s character Brian O’ Conner after his untimely exit, and it’s the beginning of a new, actiony take on the films.
Looks like we’ll be seeing the fruits of this labor soon as with this first poster, we’ve been promised that the first trailer will for Furious 7 will premiere next Saturday! I can’t wait, and ugh I’m probably going to cry. Furious 7 opens April 3, 2015.
