By After announcing recently that Tatiana Maslany was cast in a Star Wars standalone film, now Felicity Jones is joining as the star. Is it the same standalone?? Is it something different? Either way, I’m SO on board with both of these ladies being in my favorite franchise. Felicity is a great actress, so I can’t wait to see what she ends up doing.
It’s also just nice to see how many ladies are popping up in Star Wars now. Princess Leia was great but she was basically the only woman in the original trilogy… so it’s about time we get some more representation! (Yes I know the prequels exist. Don’t talk to me about them.)
