By After getting our first look at Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Zack Snyder has revealed Jason Momoa’s Aquaman in the upcoming, Man of Steel follow up, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. It’s…not bad. Although it’s greyed out to high hell (and sure it’s more of a filter than the final costume itself), I’m digging the Pacific Islander take on the hero.
You’ve got tattoos meshing together with his scale armor, you’ve got messy hair (which one would expect from a dude living underwater) and a five pronged trident. But I’m definitely not into the “Unite the Seven” tagline. Yuck. It’s such a hamfisted lead into the Justice League movies.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice finally releases March 25th next year.
