Overture, directed by Dan Sachar, is an Israeli short film about a man who is struggling to recover pieces of his memory. The whole film is minimalist in nature with very little spoken dialogue, a slim cast (most of the film surrounds a singular man as he finds a beautiful woman in the forest), and it has a stark, lonely feel. It’s simply gorgeous.
