Remember the original Caine’s Arcade short film from waaaay back in April? It was a short documentary about a nine year old boy who built an entire arcade in his dad’s auto shop out of cardboard boxes. If that didn’t give you enough hope for the future, here’s the sequel that should do that ten fold.
This sequel, Caine’s Arcade 2: The Global Cardboard Challenge and Imagination Foundation, is about the numerous amount of kids who were inspired by what Caine did and crafted things of their own and how Caine has grown up since the original. But the main purpose of the film is to announce the Imagination Foundation and the Global Cardboard Challenge that should help kids like Caine further their creative growth and well being. All of this from a short film that got popular on the internet.
It’s good things like this that help a guy wake up in the morning.
