Optimist is a short documenting the recent Festival of Colors (also known as Holi) celebration held at the Sri Sri Radha Krishna Hindu Temple in Spanish Fork, Utah. Who knew there were so many white Hindus in Utah?!
The video looks really pretty because of the usual culprits (Canon 7D, slow-motion, soft focus) but still, I like it. Personally, I’ve always wanted to partake in the Holi festival because it looks like a super-fun time, and Utah is so much closer than India . . . I want to go to there.
