By The Shift, written and directed by Francesco Calabrese, is a short film set in the 60s with a neat twist on science fiction films like The Stepford Wives and Invasion of the Body Snatchers. As a husband comes home from work one day, he finds his wife doing something other than cooking or cleaning.
That “sinister” twist makes the whole thing enjoyable. Although I almost wish it didn’t go the route it did. Check it out!
