Flixist goes to Tribeca Film Festival

Hey guys. Starting this week, Glenn Morris, Andres Bolivar, Sean Walsh, and I will be in beautiful New York City covering Tribeca Film Festival. Look for loads of reviews for the next two weeks as we do nothing but watch movies for free. The life of a film blogger is so hard these days.

Tribeca Film Festival will be kicking off the festivities this Wednesday with a free public screening of Cameron Crowe’s new documentary The Union, which chronicles the making of Elton John and Leon Russel’s new album of the same name. Wristbands are first come first serve, and are available at the BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center. Pre screening events start at 7:30pm that night at the World Financial Plaza, with the screening starting at 8:15pm.

If any of you guys are in the area, come say hi! We’d love to meet community members. And if any of you guys are close to NYC and want to go to a certain screening, you can! Click here for the full list of movies at the festival, and here for all ticketing information
