By As long time fans of the site already know, I am a huge fan of the awful, awful movie Troll 2. It is basically the most entertaining terrible movie you will ever see. Ever. A lot of bad movies are just kind of bad, some have a few good parts or gimmicks but are kind of lame or boring, but Troll 2 never – ever – falters in it’s unwavering lunacy. It really is the gift that keeps on giving.
That said, $#%^ I wish I lived in New York! On Friday, July 13th, (fitting) Wasted Cinema is putting on a social screening of the infamously bad movie at Legends Bar. The event will include drinking games based on lines in the movie, special, Troll 2-inspired drink menus, a live Twitter feed for movie commentary, and a raffle with prizes. Oh, and did I mention it’s free!?
Oh my goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood!
