By Donald Glover’s hit TV show Atlanta has been renewed for a fourth season by FX Networks. FX announced the renewal at the Television Critics Association summer press tour today and noted that it will be produced concurrently with season three, which has yet to air. Both seasons will contain eight episodes apiece and season three to set to air in late 2019 or early 2020. Season four will likely follow in mid-2020.
Eric Schrier, president of FX Entertainment, said, “What more can be said about ‘Atlanta‘ than the critical acclaim and accolades that Donald, Paul, Dianne, Stephen, and Hiro have earned for two exceptional seasons of what is clearly one of the best shows on television.
