By George “That’s So” Takei has ended decades of science fiction fan bloodshed by finally brokering peace between Star Wars and Star Trek, specifically related to a recent “feud” between William Shatner and Carrie Fisher. This is mostly accomplished by George Takei being the coolest damn person ever. Seriously, I want to hang out with him and his husband Brad forever. Maybe I’ll take him to my favorite bar, and we can just chill out. Do some karaoke. Laugh at people in stupid-looking pumps.
Takei also reminds us who our true enemies should be, as fans of science fiction and fantasy.
