If Hugh Jackman had to have a swan song as Wolverine, Logan was the best possible outcome. A superhero movie that didn’t feel like a superhero movie, the film served as a grim, melancholy, violent capstone for Jackman’s run as the character. It’s a little bit Unforgiven, a lot a bit Shane, and just a hint of The Road.
But what if it ended differently?
The people at How It Should Have Ended created their own final scene for Logan. It’s also a fitting send-off; initially not what you’d expect, but then, yeah, totally what you’d expect.
