By Although the Ice Age franchise has been on a steady decline critically, it’s been doing increasingly well commercially. The toys don’t sell, but Fox’s Ice Age is a franchise both children and their families consistently enjoy (raking in nearly $3 billion as a whole). In fact I’ll admit the first time I saw the first Ice Age, my family ended up watching it three times in a row. the later sequels don’t have that magic, but my cousin seemed to like Ice Age: Continental Drift just fine.
Good thing too as there’s an Ice Age 5 coming. There’s no confirmed title or story details, but we do have a 2016 release date. Ice Age 5 freezes over July 15th, 2016. Are you ready?
