Hot off the heels of a big Oscar win that I think a lot of people were rooting for, we’re getting word that animated arachnid adventure Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse will be returning to “tons” of screens this weekend.
The report stems from a Tweet by Spider-verse co-director Rodney Rothman, who reports on the web-slinger’s return to multiple screens (including IMAX) this coming weekend.
Let’s start from the beginning one last time: #Spiderverse is getting a huge re-release this weekend including tons of IMAX screens! Check it out on the BIGGEST SCREEN YOU CAN FIND. And spread the word!

AMC Theatres and Showcase Cinemas already lists showtimes, and Fandango can also help you locate and calmly walk to your nearest multiplex.
As a cold-hearted skeptic who walked into Spider-verse expecting nothing, I was incredibly surprised and even moved by the film. It manages to feel inclusive and positive without shoving either down your throat, and really conveys a sense of wonder that a lot of superhero films don’t quite bottle. Basically I reverted to a ten-year-old and want to feel that way perpetually.
