In Good People, James Franco and Kate Hudson play an American couple who move to England with dreams of having a home and starting a family. When they fall on hard times financially, the sudden death of a neighbor and subsequent discovery of a large sum of money that the neighbor was hiding seem like a blessing – until they slowly realize that the money comes with a lot of dangerous strings attached.
Good People looks alright, judging from the trailer it looks like the film will move from being more character and relationship centered to a full-blown action movie, so we’ll see how that works out. Good People will release in theaters on a yet-to-be-determined date in 2014.
