We’ve been getting a spate of these kind of movies, haven’t we? The ones where some older, big-name actors show up in a raunchy comedy hoping to pull in a crowd of theater goers their own age. It must work because they keep coming out, and the next one up is Just Getting Started with Morgan Freeman and Tommy Lee Jones.
It looks pretty… sad actually. I mean not for Freeman and Jones. This is one of those things that’s easy to do and they get paid for so I’m sure they’re happy to do it. But it just feels so tired. The trailer hardly pulls a laugh, and I’m not sure if even my parents would be all that interested in this.
