Justice League: Part Two delayed for Ben Affleck’s Batman movie

Zack Snyder’s first Justice League movie wrapped production earlier this year and should be out November 17, 2017. While some assumed the two Justice League films would be shot in quick succession so the sequel could hit a 2019 release, it looks like the plans have changed.

Ben Affleck’s solo Batman movie will now come out between Justice League and its sequel 2 Justice 2 League. In Batfleck, Batman will take on Slade “Deathstroke” Wilson played by hunky dude Joe “Pee-wee Herman’s Best Friend” Manganiello. In the break between JL films, Snyder will work on the war thriller The Last Photograph.

No word on how this will change the DC movie universe’s previous schedule. This is just an additional change of plans. There’s a Man of Steel sequel (aka 2uperman: The Search for IHOPs) that’s supposed to happen, though no one knows when, and the big screen version of The Flash is without a director for a second time.

It’s almost like they don’t quite know what they’re doing.
