By As we noted earlier in the week, the RiffTrax Live MST3K reunion show has been successfully funded on Kickstarter. Bringing together Joel-era and Mike-era casts as well as new host Jonah Ray, the reunion show will take place in Minneapolis, MN on June 28, and will be simulcast to theaters nationwide through Fathom Events. As the crowdfunding campaign reaches its final hours, loads of new stretch goals have been added, and most of them have been unlocked.
In addition to unlocking the DVD and Blu-ray releases of the MST3K reunion show, every backer at any amount will be receiving the following FREE content:
- A full-length riff for Alfonso Cuaron’s Gravity by Mary Jo Pehl and Bridget Nelson
- A full-length riff for Daredevil Season 1 Episode 1
- A full-length riff for The Walking Dead Season 1 Episode 1
- A full-length riff for Jurassic World
And, if the campaign reaches 10,000 backers total, all backers will receive a brand-new three-person RiffTrax commentary of the Patrick Swayze schlock classic Road House.
