By We had our first taste of Star Trek Into Darkness this week, but we’ll be getting much more next week. A nine-minute prologue for the film is attached to IMAX screenings of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. (Non-IMAX Hobbit shows will have a full two-minute trailer for Star Trek Into Darkness.)
The good people at IMAX have posted a list of theaters throughout the world that will be showing the Star Trek Into Darkness prologue. Interesting observation on first glance: the state of Georgia has 10 participating IMAX theaters; the country of Georgia has none.
The full theater list is included after the cut, as well as a strangely appropriate song. Star Trek Into Darkness comes out May 17th, 2013.
