By Jennifer’s Body was an all right movie. It got a lot of hate when it first landed, probably because horror/comedies are usually written off as dumb by people who just wanted a straight horror flick. Others have since tried to rehabilitate its legacy into something of a cult classic–with little success. While not bad, it is incredibly hard to recommend when you can just watch Ginger Snaps, instead.
That said, the one thing I can’t complain about is Megan Fox’s performance in Jennifer’s Body. I think she has some horror chops and am interested in seeing her take another stab at the genre. Lucky for me, then, that her new project sounds much more original than Jennifer’s Body. In fact, it sounds super cool.
Megan Fox is set to star in Till Death, a little scream that will see her handcuffed to her dead husband as a part of some sick revenge plot and must face off against two hired killers who are on their way back to finish the job. That’s a concept I can absolutely get behind.
Till Death will be directed by S.K. Dale and will begin production in March. Until then that’s all we got.
