Marvel is about to do it again on Disney+; get us hooked to another series. Moon Knight’s full trailer was finally released during halftime of Monday night’s NFL Super Wild Card between the Arizona Cardinals and Los Angeles Rams.
It was worth the wait from the hype. Moon Knight stars Oscar Issac and Ethan Hawke. Issac will portray Steven Grant, one of Moon Knight’s other personas, and don the iconic suit. Many say this is Marvel’s take on Batman, but it’s so much different.
The following is the official plot summary released from Disney:
The series follows Steven Grant, a mild-mannered gift-shop employee who becomes plagued with blackouts and memories of another life. Steven discovers he has dissociative identity disorder and shares a body with mercenary Marc Spector. As Steven/Marc’s enemies converge upon them, they must navigate their complex identities while thrust into a deadly mystery among the powerful gods of Egypt.
Ethan Hawke will portray the villain of the series so far, which was confirmed as Arthur Harrow. His character was confirmed through subtitles on the official trailer. It’s an exciting twist considering Harrow’s character was only in one issue of the original Moon Knight comics. Whatever we are in for, you can be sure we at Flixist will cover it every step of the way.
Moon Knight debuts on March 30th on Disney+.
