More John Carter movies could be in the works

John Carter was one of the biggest cinematic flops in recent history and heads rolled at Disney after it floundered out of the start gate. It was too bad because it was actually an entertaining piece of science fiction and had some promise as a franchise. However, with Disney in control it wasn’t going to happen.
