What’s that? You’ve been wondering where a Hollywood movie about a man who takes on a drug cartel to avenge his son’s death with nary a weapon but his trusty snow plow? Well, thank your lucky Liam that your cries have been heard.
Increasing his action role horizon, Liam Neeson is taking on the remake of 2014’s Norwegian film In Order of Disappearance in which one man goes against the odds to find his son’s murderers and run over things/people with his massive snow plow. The upcoming version has been re-titled to Hard Powder but will maintain the original’s director (who also played the original’s lead) as Neeson brings his very particular set of skills to the frozen tundra. Let the speculation start now that this is actually just a sequel to The Grey crossed with one of the greatest Simpsons episodes ever.
Hard Powder is slated for release on February 8th, 2019.
