This week’s home video releases are full of smaller films that may or many not be that great. There’s the one that stars Justin Timerlake and Ben Affleck, Runner Runner, there’s one with a big ass spider, Big Ass Spider! (yes that exclamation point is absolutely necessary), and there’s a horror film that quietly released into the night, We Are What We Are. We’re basically looking at another two weeks of quiet releases until the latter half of 2013 (aka. the really good flicks) starts hitting home video.
In terms of re-releases, Throne of Blood joins the Criterion Collection, The Killing Fields has a 30th Anniversary Edition, and Notting Hill is getting released again for some reason. It’s real, quiet folks.
You’ll find the list of notable home video releases after the cut.
