By I know something major happened yesterday… Hmm… weird. Don’t know what it was. Funny how that works.
An oddly sparse week with new releases. The biggest thing by far is a re-release: The Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase One. This 10-disc set includes Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger, The Avengers, and a top-secret bonus disc with Iron Man 3 and Marvel Phase Two stuff.
Also out this week, John Dies at the End, a Hammer horror three-pack, the subpar J-horror film Tormented, and a wrestling stars triple feature that includes the Roddy Piper classic Hell Comes to Frogtown. Honestly, that’s about it. A bit quiet. A little too quiet.
