By Quibi might be a thin-veiled excuse for billionaires to make awful content, but there is one silver lining in its programming: Reno 911!. A revival was announced last December after a deal was struck between Comedy Central and the streaming service. Now, we have a trailer to show us what the show will be and it seems on point.
This is basically the same show it was a little over a decade ago. Always one for irreverent humor, the new Reno 911! isn’t shying away from being outrageous. A random shootout at a fashion show is evidence of that. Man, I miss stupid shows like this.
So far, the first three episodes of this new season will be hitting Quibi on May 4, 2020. No word on whether or not it will follow a weekly update, but the 90-day trial should be enough to watch everything here.
