By This is easily one of the most unsubstantiated rumors we’ve ever posted, but it comes from a relatively reliable source and it’s just too good to pass up. Comic Book News is reporting that the new Superman movie, Man of Steel, will feature a cameo from Lex Luthor as portrayed by Bradley Cooper. Evidently, now that Paradise Lost has come to a screeching halt he’s wide open to hop on set and play a little supervillain.
Early versions of the script had Lex playing a pretty big role in the film, but that has since changed so speculation on this rumor is that Cooper would have a pretty limited role and only be setting up the character for future films. That being said I think Cooper would be great for Luthor; though a little too handsome Limitless showed how well he can play an almost crazed, cocky genius perfectly.
