Who the hell is putting together the promotions for Godzilla? After the recent poster I’m declaring this one of the most riveting ad campaigns in recent history. This new trailer is no exception with a monologue from Brian Cranston opening up and all building to a prolific Godzilla roar.
The trailer also features our best look so far at the giant, city-destroying lizard and unfolds some of the actual plot, which mainly seems to be Godzilla destroys things and further warnings about nuclear annihilation. It is interesting to see them kind of connecting back to the original Japanese films and ramping up the ever present environmental commentary.
