By If you loved Sonic’s iconic racing shoes growing up while playing the games or watching the animated series we have great news for you. They have been brought to life thanks to a new collaboration between Puma and Shoe Surgeon to celebrate the beloved hedgehog coming to the big screen. The bad news is these are a promotional item limited to just five pairs and sadly will not ever see a release in stores. I wonder if enough demand is met that maybe ONE day they will actually release them to the public.
The shoes themselves were carefully designed to be as screen accurate as possible. The only thing that sets them apart from the ones Sonic has donned for years is the iconic Puma logo. If they do make it stores I suspect prices will be insane and availability will be extremely limited. I personally wouldn’t mind owning a pair myself! Sonic the Hedgehog races into theaters on Valentine’s Day.
