By In the previous clip we shared from The Amazing Spider-Man, we showed you Spidey doing a little webslinging. Well, in this new clip, he’s going toe-to-toe with arch rival Flash Thompson. With a basketball. And it gets silly. Like, very silly; maybe-he-should-start-dancing silly. Clearly the untold story of this film involves Peter’s ties to Air Morris.
Now, I can understand some accidental displays of super powers, but this is more than a little excessive. It’s also hard to explain away given the amount of air he got without sinking three shots in a row or being a werewolf. (Maybe Man-Wolf attacked him in a previous scene.)
