By This awesome set of fan-made posters for Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel and Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises were made by deviantArt user and artist Al Pennyworth. And man, are they cool. Not only do I just love their minimalistic, yet hand crafted and almost paper-like feel, but they’re also a subtle jab at the movies. Christopher Nolan is currently the producer of Synder’s Man of Steel, and Pennyworth is totally playing up that connection by representing the two movies with such symmetry.
You can also easily interpret the posters as a critique on DC’s typical comic-to-movie adaptions as being stock and unoriginal. Regardless, these posters look awesome, especially side by side.
