By James Gunn is doing something with his chance to basically reboot Suicide Squad after the first film made a ton of money but was also ridiculously bad. That something isn’t too clear but it involves basically casting everyone ever in it, which now includes Taika Waititi.
It’s not really clear what he’ll be doing in the movie. It could be a big part or a cameo. Given his schedule at the moment, which involves promoting Jojo Rabbit, getting Thor: Love and Thunder and Next Goal Wins underway and just generally being awesome, my guess is its a cameo. Still, when the hell is he going to show up for this thing?
The real question is who I’m more excited to see in the film. Him or Nathan Fillion? Actually, that’s not a real question. The answer to every question is always Nathan Fillion.
