You got to kill the head in the latest trailer for Jim Jarmusch’s insanely star-studded zombie comedy The Dead Don’t Die. This might be the quaintest little walking dead flick ever made with its stumbling, bumbling deputies all just salt of the earth folk trying to deal with a zombie apocalypse. I really like the style.
The trailer itself is as funny as it is bloody. Murray has a nice quick edge, and I always enjoy getting to see Tilda Swinton’s sword work. Add to that Adam Driver’s performance as a regular cop who’s fumbling through a dirty job, and you get what looks like one downright charming movie.
The Dead Don’t Die will shamble into theaters on June 14, 2019.
