By Now that Terminator 5 is officially a reboot of the series coming in 2015 (along with everything else ever) with Arnold Schwarzenegger signed on as a T-800 again, it’s time for the cast to be narrowed down as well. According to The Hollywood Reporter, three actresses are currently testing for the young Sarah Connor role (as the film will follow Terminator’s life as he protects Sarah’s early life): Brie Larson (Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, 21 Jump Street), Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones), and Margot Robbie (Wolf of Wall Street).
In that same breath, it also looks like casting has begun for a younger Kyle Reese and even John Connor is set to return. Since this is a reboot that may or may not continue some plot from the first set of films, expect this reboot to be terribly confusing. What do you think? I’m personally hoping for Brie Larson as she needs to be in more things.
