The nominees for the 2017 Golden Globes were announced this morning. On the film side, Damien Chazelle’s La La Land leads with seven Golden Globe nominations. Other major players on the film side include Barry Jenkins’ Moonlight and Kenneth Lonergan’s Manchester by the Sea, with strong showings by Mel Gibson’s Hacksaw Ridge and David Mackenzie’s Hell or High Water.
